Digitalism is more than an exhibition—it is defining a moment in art history.
By presenting some of the best artists (‘digitalists’) working at the forefront of art and technology today, we are formally recognising Digitalism as a distinct new art movement, sitting alongside
the very best of Modern British and Contemporary traditional art at the British Art Fair.

This exhibition serves as a critical platform to contextualise and codify Digitalism, providing a narrative that traces its development and highlights its cultural significance. Through this exhibition, we aim to cement Digitalism’s place within the broader history of art, ensuring that its contributions are acknowledged and studied for generations to come.

Sam Nutt and Cansu Sezer unite their diverse creative backgrounds in a powerful collaboration through digital art. Nutt is an experienced creative leader with a strong foundation in design and digital innovation. Recognised for her ability to drive transformative projects, she excels at storytelling and fostering dream-like worlds. Nutt’s expertise in digital tools enables her to craft distinctive, immersive experiences. Her work with both renowned brands and start-ups showcases her unique blend of visionary thinking and hands-on execution.
Her work has been featured in several notable exhibitions, including AVA at Outernet Global in London (2024), Samsung KX Innovation Centre in London (2023), and Nike Air Max Day in Zurich (2023).

Cansu Sezer, a German-Turkish artist based in Zurich, transitioned from a career as a Creative Director to return to her personal artistic practice in 2023. Known for her emotionally charged work, Sezer uses dynamic brushstrokes and layered compositions to explore complex themes of identity, freedom, and transformation. Her intuitive, expressive process engages deeply with the ambivalence of the human experience in an increasingly globalized world.

Together, Nutt and Sezer merge their expertise in digital innovation and emotional exploration to create a shared digital artwork that transcends boundaries. Their collaboration bridges the gap between strategic, technology-driven approaches and raw, emotional artistry. The result is an immersive, thought-provoking piece that navigates the intersections of identity, transformation, and digital realities, offering a fresh perspective on how digital art can evoke human emotion and experience.
